The internal corporate reorganization process led at the end of 2022 led to the creation of Taiyo Green Power [TGE], a company whose core business is entirely dedicated to renewable energies

TGE has concentrated effort on the acquisition of expertise, with the training of highly specialized personnel, for maintenance operations and services, safety and inspections, remote monitoring and repowering, in order to offer a highly professional customized service in a short time frame.

Currently TGE incorporates the skills and experience gained over the last 20 years, which has led to the installation of over 300 wind turbines of various sizes with a capacity of over 200 MW and 250 photovoltaic plants built with a total capacity of over 50MW.

TGE is committed to this sector to support its customers in the research and development phase, to analyze the plant location with the best profitability, in terms of site wind/solar studies, contributing to the design of innovative installation systems that reduce costs and increase benefits.

The synergy with Taiyo Engineering Company guarantees all technical skills needed in terms of design, the range from electrical and mechanical engineering to civil engineering works, as well as design in terms of evaluating the performances of the plant.

TGE supports its clients during the construction phase of power plants at every stage of the life cycle, while providing customized services for project management, technical supervision work progress, including compliance with safety and health regulations for workers, starting from the construction of the site, through the start-up and commission phases, until the Take Over phase, before the plant is tested and commercial use commences.

We offer our clients the procurement and expediting services, as well as all the necessary paperwork for connection to the network and ESM (Energy Service Management) paperwork to obtain incentives and assistance on any loans permitted by current legislation at partner banks.

Timelines in satisfying customer requests and optimizing time and costs is the fundamental factor that differentiates TGE from its competitors, guaranteeing maximum efficiency and considerably high levels of availability of resources to operate quickly and anywhere in the world.

TGE provides support around the clock 365 days a year, even with a short notice period, to deal with any type of emergency anywhere in the world.

TGE provide also turnkey Operation & Maintenance of hydroelectric power plants, photovoltaic and wind power plants and over the last few years TGE has expanded its services also in the geothermal and waste-to-energy sectors.

Wind energy

The company operates both onshore and offshore and offers project development and EPC services, as well as products and solutions for the energy turnaround, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance in all Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.

TGE has focused its specialization on Vestas/NEG Micon, Siemens/ AN Bonus, Nordex, Goldwind, Senvion, Fuhrländer, Tozzi, GE Renewable, Gamesa and Enercon turbines.

To increase application flexibility, TGE offers various types of vanes on wind turbine generators which can be selected based on the type of wind conditions at the installation site guaranteeing high performance even with low wind conditions.


TGE installs photovoltaic systems of any type and size, from small domestic installations, to systems for the self-production of energy in commercial and industrial use, to large ground power plants for the sale of energy to the grid.

Constant monitoring ensures simple and efficient operation of a hydroelectric power plant. An essential aspect is regular maintenance, which reduces unplanned downtime and extends the life cycle of the entire structure. TGE is also present in this sector with a complete range of skills and services designed to satisfy every client request.

TGE also offers a targeted consultancy service, carrying out technical appraisals and site inspections on existing plants. A detailed analysis makes it possible to highlight operating anomalies with the proposal of corrective actions aimed at recovering the yield and improving the function of the hydroelectric plant. 

TGE has focused its specialization on Pelton, Francis, Kaplan, Turgo, Banki and Coclea turbines.


Whether it is dry steam, flash or ORC binary cycle technology, TGE offers the best support services including engineering development, detailed system or project area design, equipment installation, startup activities and commissioning and the necessary highly specialized manpower to address each critical issue during each phase of a project.

Waste-to-energy (WtE) or energy-from-waste (EfW) is the process of generating energy in the form of electricity and/or heat from the primary treatment of waste, or the processing of waste into a fuel source. WtE is a form of energy recovery. Most WtE processes generate electricity and/or heat directly through combustion, or produce a combustible fuel commodity, such as methane, methanol, ethanol or synthetic fuels.
