We are pleased to present an exclusive opportunity developed by TAIYO L.L.C., in collaboration with ACES Global Quality Services S.p.A.: a free 3-day intensive training program designed for experienced professionals aiming to achieve the Professional Expeditor Certification.
This program is specifically tailored for senior profiles, with the goal of strengthening technical and operational capabilities in expediting, while preparing participants to operate effectively within large-scale international projects and complex EPC environments.
Through a practical and project-oriented approach, participants will enhance their ability to manage vendor follow-up, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and align with the standards and expectations of global clients.

Minimum requirement:
- Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience in quality, welding, fabrication, piping, or steel structures
- Knowledge of applicable standards such as API, Electrical & Instrumentation (I&C), ATEX (CompEx), ISO codes (x01, x02, x03, x04)
- Very good command of the English language; additional languages are considered a plus
- CSWIP or equivalent certification is considered an advantage

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain proprietary software applications to improve internal workflows and operational efficiency.
- Design, implement, and manage databases for personnel, projects, and company resources.

- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of software development principles and database management.
- Solid experience in IT infrastructure administration and cybersecurity.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Key Accountabilities:
• Record daily financial transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger).
• Support invoice processing, verification, and reconciliation.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries as required.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and local regulations.
• Support documentation and audit processes.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• High level of confidentiality, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
